Dofollow is a default tag. Basically when someone post comment in blogs, Press Release, Article and anywhere with Links, that link would be published with "nofollow" tag.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot but according to WebRank, Bookmarkme has a PR of zero and the Alexa score isn't good either. I checked out the homepage, though - perhaps it's on the inside pages that have the higher PR?
