Facebook group posts can definitely bring traffic to your site, as long as it's appropriate, you have great content, and you don't overdo it to the point that it looks spammy.

  Sure Facebook groups can be very good for generating traffic. Post daily tips and advise to the group. This way they will be waiting for your advise every day and eventually you will be able to funnel this traffic to your website.

Group postings on Facebook will definitely bring traffic to your site, only if you post quality valuable contents in these groups that are beneficial to the group members.

But don't over do it so that you don't get blocked by FB.

Yes Of course, if you are on the right Facebook groups then it can brings you traffic. The number of members and engagement in the group determines the amount of traffic that you will get.

As has been said, group posting is a great way to get traffic. Most group admins are happy to have you if you contribute real value to the group. That could be as simple as providing real help in the form of answers to questions.

If your concern is only traffic, then facebook pages are better than groups. Groups usually have less members but pages have more visibilit.

Yes it will, but sometimes it depends on your site contents and quality. If it's not attractive enough people will get bored soon and they leave as soon as read your title.

Yes it may help. We do 2-3 posts per day just to make the page look busy. And yes, it generates some traffic once the members start to like and share the post.

Yes my dear it is easy to genrate traffic from fb group because in fb group it is to add people just click on their name and add them all.....

I have been able to get lots of traffic
via group posting to my site.

It works BEST if the group is in niche don't
waste time posting at random groups

Yes through group posting, You'll get more traffic on your site but I think it'll called as a SPAM and may be your will be in problem in future. So don't ever try to do group posting. Just do posting among the genuine users only and invite them to see and like your post.

Of course it will! Check out this tool. But you need to be aware of a few things. Follow the forum rules, don't spam the group, post about different topics related to the group and only post about your blog/website 1 time out of every 5-6 posts. Ideally 1 a week or twice max for best results
