Google+ plus linking with my website page, image not coming

I have linked my google + page with my website but still the image is not showing in the search results.
Here is the details
My website --- Mumbai’s top website design company offers world-class quality website designing development services

Google author page ---- https://plus.google.com/110483625096337124328/about
When I search for say "top website designing company mumbai" I get following result
https://www.google.co.in/#q=top+webs...company+mumbai
See the image is not coming.
Can anyone help me out what is wrong that I have done because of which the image is not coming.
