2 quick facebook questions...

(sorry if these are dumb questions)...

1) I heard a marketer say that "joining a closed group is as simple as clicking on 'join group'." Really?!? If that's so, what's the difference between a closed group and a non-closed group? It would seem to me you'd have to ask permission to join a closed group. No?

2) About facebook ads -- can they be paid for in 2 different formats? That is, per clicked upon or per impression? Or are are all ads paid for in the same format? If so, which is it? Per clicked upon or per impression?

Thanks!

I'm not sure about your first question, but as far as Facebook ads payment method goes you have two options: PPC (pay per click) and CPM (per 1k impressions)

Can't find the time to build links even though you know it's one of the #1 ranking factors?
Discover the Turnkey Link Building System designed to get others to do the work for you (SOPs included)

i dont understand what are you exactly want to know? well if you sent request in closed group admin must approved it until you cant explore the group moreover in open group there is no need to ask for permission anybody can add you 'i meant friends' but approval should be granted from admin in both cases. You can read the posts in open group without joining it but you cant read and participate in closed group. I agreed with my mate PPC pay per click and CPM 1k impression

    Thanks.

What I was getting at with the 1st question is...
I heard a marketer say that "joining a closed group is as simple as clicking on 'join group'."
---- This is not true! right? to join a closed group, one must "ask" to join, then be approved, or not approved to join. It is up to the group admin as to whether you are allowed to join a closed group. So, it is NOT "as simple as clicking on 'join group'," for a closed group ---- right?

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.
