Any way to have blog posts show up on fb?

SOCIAL NETWORKS

So, what I'm looking for is kinda specific, but I'm sure something similar exists. I'm looking for a WP plugin that would automatically add new posts to a Facebook page, but would mod any links in the post to point back to the post on the wordpress blog.

For example: I post about a CPA offer on my blog, the plugin posts the same image and text to my Facebook page and changes the cpa link so it points to the blog entry (trying a workaround for fb's filters on CPA offer links).

Does anything like this exist or am I doing this manually?

I use Social by Mailchimp, free, works great. Publish simultaneously to your WP site and to FB (and twitter if you enable it)

I use this plugin. It allows my blog posts to automatically be posted to a lot of social networks. It's free to have one account on each social platform but if you want multiple accounts you have to pay. I think it's great. It's called Next Scripts Auto Poster.
