Facebook Disabled my Ads Account - Now What?

Hi there

Looking for some guidance here.

I have had my FB ads account suspended for reason unknown ("Your advert account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any adverts you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information") as they never tell you, or even warn you!! I have done nothing different all along, had only a couple of ads denied and do not promote anything dodgy, or in a dodgy way.


I have completed the id verification thing they ask you to do - twice - and still have not received an answer.

Anyone, any ideas on where I go next?

I had a strategy for 2014 all planned out, a part of which, involved FB Ads, but now I am left wondering where I go from here!!

I have read that this is happening a hell of a lot recently - anyone got any thoughts?

    better to do it only once, anyway on FB the best thing is to have multiple accounts if possible for Ads, in case one mysteriously get's banned.

    Try to have another account on someone you trust and use that for ads

      Thanks bestadservice, I did have 2 accounts and have suffered the same with both of them. They were both on the same IP address so I guess I can understand why it happened but still damn annoying nonetheless, especially when you see some of the porn type, dating type, shady ads that get approved no problem.

      Do you reckon using a proxy server like HMA or something to start a new account might work?

        Never tried those, I used every-time the same IP on my side, and even accounts of other people and it was ok, the only time an account was banned is because it used either only paypal, or the same credit card as other account
