What kind of ads are they (facebook)

I was looking some toys for kids and clothes on Google today and later on when i was on facebook I noticed same kind of sponsored ads started showing on Facebook. I want to run some ads on facebook but I would like to know what kind of ads are they first? I don't click or pay attention to ads on facebook but they got my attention and click. I think if i create same kind of ads I will get more benefit of it.

you have either side bar ads or newsfeed ads. If it appears on side bar, it's the side bar ad. If it's on your wall, it's a newsfeed ad.

Oh I gotcha... you're wondering why you're seeing ads for the products you were just looking at.

That's because they have a retargeting campaign going. You can set up a tracking pixel on your sales page. When a viewer goes to this sales page, they are tagged. You can set up ads that only show to these tagged viewers.

It's a great way to increase sales. A lot of people don't buy the first time they see something... plus the cost per click is super low because they won't click again unless they want to buy.
