**Requesting suggestions on facebook offers **

by kazimuhith 7 replies
Hi All,

I am a newbie in online marketing . I was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of offers covert well in Facebook traffic ? Also, the typical conversation rates in these types of offers .

I am finding it impossible to covert ' make money online' type of offers in Facebook.

Thanks

Kazi

When you say you find it impossible to convert offers, how exactly are you marketing these offers?

Are you using Facebook Ads to send to Fan Page or to a squeeze page?

Do you already have a following with a Fan Page?

Give us some more details on what you have done so far.

    Thanks

    Hi JackStriker and brutecky,

Actually I do not run facebook ads yet bcoz I have a feeling it will burn away all my money . I have a squeeze page which I offer a free ebook . I am member of more than 50 'make money' groups in Facebook and I post the link of my squeeze page there to test the squeeze page and affiliate offers . The converting offers can be scaled up using Facebook ads.

I have tried different squeeze pages and different offers , but they just do not convert in either opt-in or sales .

I have had more than 100 opt-ins in dating offers this way , but make money offers are not working .

Am I doing it the wrong way ? Could you please guide me ?

    Thanks.

I think the main reason for this is that those groups are completely saturated with people just like you posting 'spamming' the groups with offers. If you have a look then you will see that your offer is probably in the newsfeed for 0.5 seconds because as you hits the post button about 10 other people have already posted another similar sounding offer.

I can honestly not recommend using those groups, they will get you nowhere.

You really need to build some followers 'likes' on FB to get the ball rolling and I think your best bet is to spend some money and place an ad for a week or so, with a $5.00 daily spend just to collect likes. Then I would provide valuable content so that your fans like and share your page so you can get even more likes. It isn't easy in this niche. I don't know what sort of MMO offers you are promoting but if it is a get rich quick scheme then they are a dime a dozen on FB.

I would also suggest getting a good image and great copy for your ad which always helps. If you cannot do this yourself you can get it done for you on fiverr and it doesn't cost much.

At the end of the day, you need to spend 'some' money if you are trying to build a business. Nothing is free in this world, you are either paying with your time or cold hard cash!

Great advice in here, and I'd like to add : To get long-term results, I like to promote contests through social sharing. Some wouldn't agree coz it's obvious that people want the prize, not necessarely the content ... but once you're in their networks/feeds, who knows what you can convert from it on a daily base.

At the end of the day it's a numbers game and the more people share, the higher your ROI will be in the long run. Common sense, right?

Know, Like, Trust ... is how I use FB.

I myself like FB to get people to follow me as their MMO mentor rather then selling them something ...
By answering their questions, providing them with really usefull content and building rapport, I end up selling them solos, biz in a box etc.

As for promoting MMO opportunities, list building, PPL programs & solo ads give great ROI when funneled correctly.

        Cheers mate.

If you set up ads that direct link to affiliate products, anything traffic, list building, video marketing, coaching, and Kindle related convert well if you target internet marketers.
