Is this Squeeze legit on Facebook?

I am a bit at a loss when it comes to navigating through multitude of FB's editorial guidelines and T&Cs. If I drive traffic directly from FB's sidebar ads, to this squeeze page inside FB App tab, is that legit? Will FB ban me for using squeeze like this?

    • There is nothing wrong with this for Facebook that I can see. Oh one thing .. just a FYI. This isnt 1998 and this isnt some teen forum. No one does those kinds of 'bump' posts here, its bad etiquette.
