Hello everyone.

I'll make this a short read for you guys. My girlfriend has started her business doing nail art. She has a facebook page with 80 likes at this moment. I've just checked the statistics and one album has reached 144 people.
Is it worth is boosting this album?

For €5 it has an estimated reach of 1700 - 4500 people. Does anybody have experience with this about how good/bad this works? Or do I need a bigger budget (which would be no problem)?

I would not 'boost' anything. When you boost a post etc. you loose one of the best things about Facebook marketing. The ability to laser target who sees your ad. If I where you I would spend the money on Facebook ads instead and build up your fan base more.

The boost ads are actually in two forms:

1. Broad target
2. Narrow target. If you are able to find your category then good for you..

For me i think it's worth trying, you can't rule out anything without real experience.

I suggest you to use both at the same time for better result, I always make Facebook ads and I boost my important posts.

For example I just boos those posts, which are related to sales & special offers.
