Pls. Recommend Best Cloaker for Facebook ADs

To all Warrior Forum members:

We are very keen on implementing some kind of cloaking program. We have been doing some research on cloaking. It looks like the only way we are going to get traffic on facebook for our offers is through cloaking, so I shall appreciate it if you take the time to recommend to me which cloaker (please include website or contact details) you would recommend specifically to cloak facebook ads?

    A real cloacker that shows Facebook admins 1 stuff, and your audience another stuff is usually quite expensive. These are also usually private, I know a guy who is selling it, but he is charging 1k/m.

    I can redirect you if you are interested. He also offers cloaking for Google and Bing
