There are number of strategies to get Free Likes

1) At the top of these strategies is Friday Fan parties in which I am adding
30-50 fans every week.
2) You can invite friends on from your profile to like your page
3) You can also invite your email contact to like your page
4) Leveraging the traffic from your blog if you have one by installing a Like
Box on the blog
5) Promoting your fan page on other social media

Friday Fan Party is a post on someone's Fan Page who has a ton of fan's where anyone can post Fan Page link to get free likes and to give back to anyone who want to. It's free and also fan!!!

If you want to take this biz seriously, forget buying FREE likes. Paid likes on Fiverr may deliver on what they say…but ultimately are a waste of time…

Unfortunately the 'real' likes on fiverr aren't very real in my experience. It's the same as sending a solo ad on fiverr, you get what you pay for.

You can buy "clickjacked" likes. A little bit blackhat, but those will be 100% real people. The price is heavier than usual. Contact me if you are interested.

Other than that you can try AddMeFast or other social exchange website.

i tested one gig from Fiverr to add people into a group, but they turned out to be fake profiles. I assume it's the same from getting likes but really, without interaction with these dummy accounts, you're faking success.

Hit the nail right on the head! This is the best way to get free likes. Post viral content to get likes. Post images 2-3 times per day at optimum times of the day like lunch time and after dinner when people check facebook. Post images that you think you would like or share. For example post images of cute pups on a dog page or a funny video.
Also go on your competitors fan pages and like the comments of the fans who post comments to images etc. This is targeting active fans

Well there are websites called social exchange websites. These websites help you get likes, followers, pins, re tweets and etc.
All you need to do is make a account on these websites, give your link to your facebook page, your twitter account, and your Pinterest page.
When that is complete, you start making points on those websites, so that when you collect points, others will use those points and they would take those points in exchange of liking or following you. There are specific amount of points that you can set for each click.
And you can also set your market that from where you want your click to come from. Your pages will show up to those people only

What is the long-term goal of your page? If it's to promote a business then you want a targeted audience. It may take a bit of time, but posting quality, relevant content will give you the best results. One trick, is to contact other pages in your niche, promote their page and have them promote yours.

what i do is post useful quotes, pictures and videos. Even when they are not always your material people still like and share your stuff.

The simplest, most free and most Facebook-T.o.S. way of doing it is the following:

1) Post often, but with quality and value in mind. It doesn't matter if these are images, text, links, etc. How often? It varies, but 5-6 posts a day is a sweet spot I've found.
2) Engagement is HUGE. Any comment, reply to it on your page.
3) Once again, Engagement is HUGE. Find other pages in your niche/genre and become active. These aren't pages, but part of a bigger community.
4) Promote and share other quality pages. Most of the time, those pages will do the same in turn without ever being asked.
5) Schedule your posts based off of Insights (time of day, content type, age/gender/location targeting)
6) Tag yourself in your posts. Seriously, it works.
7) Don't post once, or reply once and then keep checking stats and reading on engagement. All of the reading and checking and trying can be replaced with valued and quality posting and information that WILL create engagement and social conversion.
