Does youtube "know" this about us?...

I saw a webinar where the guy was explaining YT's ground rules to determine what a "real" view is.

He said YT knows if you're viewing the vid with a *minimized* window -- and they don't count that as a "real" view (for ranking).

What I wanna know is, does YT "know" if I am watching a vid on chrome or FF, and I keep it maximized, but I go to other tabs to do stuff while the vid is running?
Would that still get counted as a "real' view?

How about if I have 10 tabs open with 1 vid running in each tab (all maximized)? Would that get counted as 1 "real" view to each vid -- even though they were all being viewed at the same time.?
