Facebook ads account disabled, credit card flagged

Hi!

The story is it was my fault, paid my friends adverts from my credit card on his account. Both account has been flagged, ads manager disabled, credit card flagged. Wrote FB several times they do not care... I need to continue working, but I'm not a big fan of fake accounts, and would also need a valid CC as well. Heard stories that FB may accept Paypal accounts verified with VCC's. Or is there any way for me to get back into work? Any way...

    If your account has been flagged, Facebook won't allow you to use it, and you don't want to create fake accounts, it looks like you won't be advertising on Facebook anymore

    Call your Internet provider. Ask them for a new IP, they might deny, but ask them hard and offer to pay. It might work.

    Create a new account, use your name for it. Go to your bank, and request a new CC.

    If you get it right, you might be able to advertise again.

    Don't forget to delete all cookies, flush DNS, and hide all footprints, or ur new acc will also get flagged.
