Low organic Reach on my Health Facebook Page

Guys with these recent Facebook algorithm changes i got up to 90% less traffic on my website from my Health Page on Facebook. I have 31.000 LIKES organic ones they are not fake, and most of them are from USA. My post reach is very low, and i would really want to increase it. Somebody told me that if i pay on Facebook for likes 'Talkings About' will increase, same as post reach etc, is this true ? Because i read here that Boosting posts isnt helping much, so please tell me what to do. Thanks

    You're not the only one.

    If you choose to boost posts, your posts won't just get seen by most of your fans, but some of their friends as well.

    There are a few things that you can do to boost your organic reach but ultimately we're all at the mercy of Facebook:

    * Post images
    * Engage with your audience (e.g. ask questions)
    * Encourage comments
    * Minimize use of external links
    * Avoid using 3rd party programs (I love Hootsuite but I've noticed my reach drop when using it and other 3rd party programs)
    * If you do link to your website, after Facebook generates the image/link and meta data, remove the link

    These aren't going to help massively, but they definitely should improve things somewhat.

    Yes, paying for ads will generally help you to improve your interactions with the page. Also posts with links have way lower reach than regular posts.

    Try to keep it spam-free for a few days, and then see if its improving. (Spam free = no links)

    But how am i going to get traffic to my website if i dont post links ?

    (btw thank you for your replies ! I appreciate this very much and i will post some stuffs on how i get likes on my pages soon)
