Facebook promote page question

Hi everyone,
I am new here and fairly new to the shoe internet marketing thing.

I have started using the 'get more likes option' on fb. However there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at fb to answer my queries.
My questions are...

1) Are these promoted likes genuine or are they bots? Because some names are appearing twice in the likes list which makes me wonder. The profiles I have checked seem to be real people but as I sai some names appearing twice.

2) half way through a campaign I want to change my audience e.g. remove a country from the list - how on earth do I do this?

Thanks guys, any help would be most appreciated as I don't want to cancel the 'campaign' and then lose money.

    buy some likes and do some campaign ...so that you will get the best result

    Thanks fronpy but I am doing ads and not buying likes as fake likes is going to reduce the true reach of my posts.

    Is there a difference between using the 'get likes' option where you just promote the page (very quick to start campaign) AND the making a proper Facebook ad option?

      I wouldn't even do ads for Likes, I always create a freebie, setup a opt in on a tab and fangate it for likes. Then I get both the like and an email address. And I know the like is from someone who is truly interested in what I have.
