Advertise only to Users with more than xxx friends

Is it possible to advertise only to a group of people with a minimum of 200 friends or so?

    I think Facebook offer unique marketing options in form of its paid ads through which you can target several segments of audience. You can add categories, sections and segments to your advertisement campaign. Other way is to invite certain friends to a group and advertise there.
