huge problem on fb ads

by s0mekind 10 replies
Hi,

My campaign ads got approved, 3 banners. Daily spend limit is $250, I bidded $1/click, 19.000.000 potential target.
My problem is...after 6 hours since my campaign it was approved and running, I don't have any click/impression. What's wrong?

It may lag the analytics, I'm bidding 0.11 cents and getting clicks and close to 16,000 impressions

I'm pretty sure there's no lag

Doesn't matter how high your bid already is, just raise it more and wait for a while. If it starts running again go back and lower it again. Works most of the times...

I always find that CPM campaigns get better/faster traction and you'll often end up paying less per click that way too. Have you tried a CPM campaign before?

My CPM campaigns always start-up faster too. As long as you can maintain a good CTR you'll probably pay less in the long-run than per click anyways.

Which it means "faster" for you? A few hours/days?

The optimized CPM ads tend to start the most quickly. Bidding on just CPM often leads to less than ideal impressions (i.e. the bottom of the right hand column or newsfeed) but also tends to start quickly. If you are bidding $2/click, you should have a high enough bid to get action. Note that depending on the audience you targeted, you may both be seeing analytics lag and not enough users online based on the time of the day. If you keep your bid the same and still do not have any action after another 24 hours, try switching to optimized CPM or CPM. You also could make another copy of your campaign with a smaller budget to test the optimized CPM out now!

I have tried all the types CPC, CPM and oCPM. Out of them I find oCPM the best. Try it.
