Question about personal Blogging

Hello,

Just wanted to few pointers on Personalized blogging website.

I have a friend who is very good with her words, very funny, random, fun, creative, and shes an attractive female.

So I thought of setting up a personal blog site for her where she can just right whatever shes thinking.

Would that work out good? The contents would be unique, maybe she can review things such as clothing, accessories, movies, tv shows, etc.

Would love some pointers from bloggers.

    A blog should be about one general thing. For example reviews about clothing OR reviews about food, etc.

    This helps a blog to gain authority in that articular niche thereby increasing the chances of ranking in Google.

    A blog trying to be everything to everyone ends up being nothing to anyone.
