Fanpage Offer Post option is missing...

Hey Warriors!

I've looked all the net and cannot find the answer.

My clients wants to run a paid Offer Post ad from his fan page of 6,000+ fans. I've logged into his account today and I cannot find the Offer Post option in the fan page?

What am I missing?

    What kind of page is it? Because not all pages have offer posts available, only the ones for brand/product have the offer post.
    Also, you can check the facebook ads if they are allowing to create an offer ad.

    i don't know much about offer post but if you getting any issue about facebook then ask to facebook support team.

      FB has the worst customer service on the planet. But I did email the only address I can find.

        Hi Sanj,

        In Power Editor when you create an ad choose the objective 'Offer Claims' then create a new unpublished post choosing the post type as Offer.

        I think that will give you what you're looking for.

          I am unable to do this in Power Editor as well. When I try it, I get this message:

          "Error creating posts. Please retry later. You can also go to your Page and post from there. (#1528104) (Exception) Only some admins of your Page are able to create and edit offers. Talk to the person responsible for your Page about your admin permission level."

          However I am the only admin for the page, so this doesn't make sense.

    from what I hear and from my facebook campaigns

    1) you have to have a facebook company page / local biz

    and

    2) I think its manditory that you have 50 likes on the page before you have the option of getting to do offers, or have them show up.

    FB requires 50 likes and a company and facebook company page / local biz. You have them all right?

    I tried to do some research about this issue and here's what i found:

    I'm having the same issue. Actually have offers running on a few of mines from previous campaigns. Now all of a sudden, they are gone.

    Hit up FB and they told me to clear my cache and try a different browser. Did that and still no luck.

    Wondering if they're doing some update that hasn't been made public yet. All my pages are well over 50 likes

    Try to logout and used other browser... I suggest google crome to work without error...

      I am using Chrome. The offers option is there for some of my pages, but not all. I get the error message above for some pages, and all have the required number of fans, and none are community pages.

    Did you used premium templetes to build your page? the error Isn't happened if you used Facebook default page templates. Contact facebook help support to get exact answer.

    Templates has nothing to do with your ads and browser doesn't conflict either on this problem as well.

    Were u able to resolve this. I am having the same trouble with my page with over 3000 likes. There is no clear answer on the googling it as well.

    IF the problem still not solve until now. I suggest you to reset your account and facebook fix all the problem. Just try to reset.

    To reset your accounts follow this link https://www.facebook.com/deactivate.php and choose "This is temporary. I'll be back."

    IF you want to reactivate the account again simple use the email and password and login. When success check your fan page offer of working back.
