Question about Quote Retweeting..

Doing a bit of homework on the Twitter Terms of Service and had a question for you all.
According to the Twitter TOS, whenever you post an image on Twitter, you are making the legal claim that you have the rights to that particular image. When you Quote Retweet (built-in function on mobile), while you are Retweeting an image, technically, the image is posted to your timeline and all subsequent Retweets / Favorites are then credited to your page.
Is there some clause in the Twitter TOS that allows for this?
