Where to find Newsfeed Ad Image Creator?

Where can I find good Newsfeed Ad Image Creator?

I want one where I can:

1. Use my own image as background.

2. Put words on the image and edit fonts, etc.

3. Put a red border around the image.

It can be any banner ad creation software that is easy to use. Any referrals?

    1. Gimp - Its FREE and can do a whole bunch of stuff that PhotoShop can do.
    2. Logo Creator - Laughing Bird Studio - easy to use....not so flexible
    3. Suzanna Theresia - Smart Design Tools (look on affiliate platforms Clickbank, etc.)
    4. Bertranddo - look for all sort of "Presence" graphic design tools... Heder presence, etc.
    5. PhotoShop

    There are a ton others but that should get you going.

    Photoshop, if you are willing to spend a fortune.
    GIMP if you're looking for functionality which rivals Photoshop.
    Paint.net is easy to use but kind of limited in functionality available in Gimp/PS.
