List building on pinterest & instagram advice

I need to know how I can build a list in the fitness niche on social media.Can I post affiliate links on pinterest, instagram, facebook, twitter, youtube etc? Or do I have to link to my blog? How do i build an app on facebook to collect emails and give free reports?

    I would post content to you tube, pinterest, facebook etc with a call to action and a good reason for your visitors to sign up (a good report/video or collection of eBooks would help with this) then link these social media sites to your squeeze page.

        You should make a HQ product for selling, don't sell free exercise videos, you will be doomed soon
        If not then just promote any one else's product via Clickbank
        You can get someone to make a fitness guidebook for give away

        Better to link your blog, having some script installed to help opt in's like "optinskin"
        I currently have popupdomination but optinskin seems better
