      SLF itself works fine, but FB seems to be cracking down on custom (scraped) UID files. For instance, I have a few campaigns running split between FB general interest targets and custom SLF files. When I began the campaign the 'approximate reach' of the custom audience was up around 30,000 people, then a day later it had dropped to around 1,700 and the ad was going nowhere.

      This has happened on a few occasions recently. Not all campaigns, but it's becoming more frequent.

    Facebook as a rule hates anything outside of: creating unique content, posting infrequently, engaging much....any tools, or apps, well, using them will put you in the Facebook doghouse 9 times out of 10....and I have been there so I know
