All solid sites but I'd add, bookmarking sites work for active participants. Linking and leaving is a silly strategy but participating and engaging is where all the real traffic driving is.

Good shares! I like SU the most of of bookmarking sites and see steady traffic through the site to my blog.

No. This means that you shouldn't just register
at these sites and then "submit links."

The concept behind social bookmarking websites
isn't to just collect and manage all of a user's links.
Their mission is to form a community, thus boosting
their ad revenue.

Stick with the program and like the forum poster
stated, engage. Make friends on these social
bookmarking sites - just like you would on
traditional social media sites.

When you do this you'll find your websites
receiving more and MORE traffic.

I just recently proved that stumbleupon is a great source of traffic. I'm sure I did get lucky on that day but the important thing is I was able to prove it myself. Not bad from a 0 visit to 40 visits in just one day.
