Best Social Media Practices for fast growth?

I keep running across a lot of good info here as far as different tricks or techniques you can use for gaining likes, shares, fans, followers, etc. for each individual network and I wanted ONLY THE BEST TIPS to be posted here for the different social networks, and book-marking sites on 1 page......

For example: I just learned about hashtag tip you can use with Twitter and have your posts show up under hashtags. I also learned about how you can search communities in Google+ and post your related business in groups of over 20,000 members. Also on Pinterest how you can repin peoples content and maybe gain authority.

I would like fellow warrior members to post their tips in format such as

Once accepted into that community you can start sharing stuff and instantly get traffic, all that matters is good quality stuff, to search group boards in your niche you can try this search term

    LinkedIn: Join Groups related to your target audience and engage and post
    Google+: Add author code to your site and when any of the people who add you in Google+ will see your results on right side of search engine whenever they search for relative keywords

    You are likely to get more engagement on Twitter if you post on specific time like, 7AM-9AM, 11Am-1PM and 6PM onward. Those are the time were people tweet, before going to work, during break time and after working hours.

    Twitter: Follow people who are leaders in your industry. Engage them and with luck, they'll follow you. Do not be afraid to ask for a RT. In fact, studies show you're more likely to get a RT if you ask than if you don't. Post pictures. They get more engagement. Don't overload hashtags. Make use of real time events.

    Facebook: It's all about the engagement. Try and maintain good conversation with your audience. If you're selling a product, listen to what the audience are saying about it. Respond to criticisms and reward loyal customers. Use contests, promo codes etc to create buzz about your brand.
