Vimeo and DailyMotion are decent. Metacafe 'was' good, but have had issues recently uploading to it.

live leak is a great place to share a video. Vimeo is certainly the best place to upload a high quality video.

You Tube happens to be the biggest video sharing site in the world but there are other good options as well. In my opinion, some of the other good video sharing sites are Daily Motion, Vimeo, Flickr and Vube. Another good video site which is in existence since 2003 is Metacafe but I think they are not allowing new uploads any more. Of course, you may upload videos on social media sites like facebook and pinterest as well.

Twitch: For Gamers
LiveLeak: For News

Yeah, like everybody else is saying-- Youtube has the best reach overall, but if you don't want to use Youtube, your choice should be tied to your niche.

Youtube is best video sharing site but as you asked in question there are also some other video sharing sites and you can upload your videos there

metacafe, vimeo. vidly.clipmoon. dailymotion. tweettube. revver. yfrog. viddler and i will prefer dailymotion too.
