Hi,
Is better to make one account with many boards on many account focused on each keyword on Pinterest ?

    I think is better to have just one account because you have everything on the same account and you can get more followers for your account

    It becomes a headache to manage several different accounts, and Pinterest makes it easy to manage many different pen boards.

      Pinterest uses a whole different business model.
      Their concept is the use of pinboards - which
      allows you to categorize common ideas and
      content. Pinterest had this in place from the start.

      You're comparing apples to oranges.

      Unless you wish to manage multiple login
      credentials, stick to one Pinterest acct.

      Granted, I have two Pinterest profiles, but
      even those two can be a headache to manage.

      One is just for me, and one represents my
      eBay store. Trying to use each profile from
      my mobile Pinterest app is even a headache....

      ...and that's just two.

    You may want to consider that having separate boards allows you to feature your website url on each board. So one for each website.

      I agree. One account with many boards. However, if you are running a campaign, you might want to consider a temporary account with boards related to your campaign's focus. You can always delete the account when the campaign is over.

    I have 200 accounts that I manage. It really depends on your marketing techniques. Also, no, I am not spamming with these accounts. They are all legitimate accounts with hundreds/thousands of followers each. Just make your own plan and stick with it and you'll succeed.
