Teespringer and Facebook pros, need your help

I'm fixing to run a small test on a Teespring campaign using a custom audience of 2400 targeting ID's from 6 states. I'm running newsfeed ads,website clicks on desktop. I'm stuck on a couple things and wanted your input before I test it. I'm trying out this angle that will hopefully work.

My campaign I'm targeting 5 certain states with a birth year. So here are my questions.

Let's say the birth year is 1981. It doesn't give you an option to put in a birth year, just from age to age. This is 2014. So would I select age range 32 to 33?

Also in the Country selection. Would I select United States or select the 6 states?

As far as English. English All or English US?

My suggested bid is from 0.33 to 0.71. I would have thought bidding prices would have been a lot lower with custom audiences. Am I missing something?

Answers to my questions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Since you have a custom audience, the age range selection can be as broad as you want. Since you have a custom audience, you can also select all US. You don't need to put the language in since you have your own audience and you want to put a higher range bid with custom audiences to make sure the ads get some impressions.

    Yeah you can only do range (age - age) 32 to 33 will do. I think there's no option to input singe age target.

    6 specific states to make sure your audience are you located in those states. If you select United States it will be randomly targeted all states in the US
