Life Expectancy of a Facebook News Feed Ad

I just started advertising with facebook news feed ads and have been getting really great results.

I was wondering though, what's the life expectancy of a news feed ad?

I mean, will people get sick of seeing it in their news feed after a few days and start ignoring or reporting it?

If facebook shows it to everyone with my target interests in a week, then will it still be affective after that week?

Will I need to keep creating new ads often to keep people clicking?

If anyone has experience with this, please let me know what you think.

you'll find most advertisers will drop campaigns before they really should because they think people get bored with them.

It has happened time and time again.

The best way to know if you should kill a campaign is if it stops bringing in a positive ROI or is on a heavy downtrend.

If you can keep getting consistent returns keep it running, I mean, why not right?

Facebook lets you upload up to 6 images for your ads and will rotate them. Take advantage of this.

Is this just for side bar ads, or also for news feed ads?

Make sure that you are using different ad images and ad copies on your campaign! People easily get used with the ad if you're only using one image, which will affect your CTR in the long run.
