Social Sharing of Affiliate Links

Hello, I want my online marketers to be able to share an article or product with a social share plugin for Wordpress that somehow copies their affiliation information for when the visitor comes to the site.

Ideally it would be one that can post to many Social Networking sites or even better, to post to many networks with the click of one button (rather than keep going through the steps for each network).
