    Oliver,

    Did you try 'Custom Audience' feature from FB Ads Manager. Using that you can target only those Facebook users who have interest in the ads that you are showing.

    The user's UIDs or Email addresses or Phone numbers can be retrieved from groups and pages. Using the list of these values(any one), you can show your ad to ONLY those people who are in the list.

    I can get you the list of people in any niche. Do let me know if you need to increase your CTR.

    Extract super targeted users IDs from your FB search screen to a CSV file and easily uploaded them as Custom Audiences to your FB Ads campaigns

      Tweak around your picture the most.

      Bright colors, like a big massive red heart, have always worked best for me...

      They stand out easily

      Of course, only if that applies to the niche you are targeting

        That's the BEST way to increase your CTR no question.

        A bright red border around your image or images with bright red in them are your biggest asset.

        Red against the blue of FB draws the eye immediately.

    Yes sure! But There questions left in order to increase your CTR.

    - Are you targeting people on Facebook correctly ? (could be the same interest to your product/services)

    - Are you using an eye catching image?
    - Is your headline have enough power words?
    - Is your ad text body offering free or promising something?
    - Are you extracting FB user ID's and upload them using Power Editor (user ID's from FB pages or groups that are similar to your page/product or services)

    To increase CTR's is all about the actual ADS & targeting... if you've got the targeting right, then your message should be clear and people will click, if it get's their attention.

    CTR isn't everything... always remember that... thought CTR can get you cheaper clicks, those cheaper clicks don't always means more profit... so yes, CTR is something to look at, pay attention to, but don't let be all about the CTR.

    Also, try using borders, eye catching graphics and colors to get attention... sometimes it's also about blending in, so try both.
