    Not possible.

Think about it, the goal is to sell a tee-shirt, and thus you want to build hype around your design.

If someone starts copying your design, that's probably a good thing which would indicate that you've probably had a lot of success with it. Having said this, 99.9% of the people that copy designs then try and profit from them end up failing. There's a handful of threads on here where people have complained about using "an identical design" and getting pitiful results.

If anything, get your design out there before someone else comes up with it first

i am not sure about that, it is a big world.....an experienced marketer with alot more money than money could dominate the rest of the market while i am trying to sell to the first 10k people....
i know what you mean though, that is the marketing world.
    i looked up phrase protection:
it will be about $1000.0 per country to protect my phrase and be able to sue who uses it without my consent..
that is why i ahve been sitting on my design for almost a year now.

another thing , why other warriors do not help, it amazes me. 100k warriors and no one ever leaves answers on my threads and i am extremely active on the forum helping other people.

Not only that, but the amount of effort you'd have to go to in order to enforce your protecting of a phrase would be astronomical. As we might say in a law context, while you'd have a high probability of winning with a risk level 1 analysis (being system risk), you'd have a very low probability of having success with a risk level 2 analysis.

In laymen terms, you'd spend more money protecting your phrase and enforcing its protection that you'd probably hope to make from it.

      Good luck my friend
