Are you using CPC? My ads are running smooth so far. Try to re-run the ads, change few words on the headline.

I hope facebook will update their support desk.

Increase your CPM bid to get more reaches. This doesn't mean you'll be charged more.

Try for cpc it will be fixed.

Like JCorp says, there's a ton of variables involved, starting with your objective - Page Likes, Site Clicks, App Downloads, and so on.

Once you've figured out what your overall campaign objective is, you'll need to create ad sets, and then separate ads within those. Use ad sets for targeting different segments within your audience, and create multiple ads within each to test out different ad copy. Fb will automatically optimise for the ad that converts best.
