Custom Audience CSV problem
I exported the Ids into CSV files then combined the CSV files into one nice neat one.
When I download the CSV from Social Leads Freak and open it in Excel it displays like this:
CELL: 1.00007E+14
Then, on the top next to "fx" it shows: 100000440017064
This file doesn't even upload to Facebook -- it doesn't allow it. Then I noticed that the number format was under "General" so I switched it to "number", which displayed as the following:
100000440017064.00
This wouldn't upload either so I deleted all the ".00″ from them. It still wouldn't upload.
So I saved two versions of text, "Unicode" and then "Tab Delimited." These DID upload. However, Facebook ads rejects all ads with a custom audience containing the file.
So, basically, the ad WITHOUT the custom audience included is always approved. As soon as I add it, it's rejected.
I think it has something to do with the format in which I am doing it. Would anybody be willing to perhaps take a look at the file itself and let me know?
