Anyone out there manage FB ads for clients?

I'm looking for someone to manage our FB ad campaign. Mostly just creating and targeting custom audiences built from certain FB groups. Ideally looking for someone who can do it all from creating the custom audiences to writing and testing ads to designing the creatives. So, does anyone have any recommendations?

    Custom audiences are problematic on FB right now. Be sure and question anyone you are thinking of hiring about their experience/knowledge about the current conditions. I'd also ask about their solutions for the dwindling post reach.

    Facebook changes fast and drastically in some cases. It's hard to keep up. Make sure whoever you hire stays on top of the changes.
