How can I attract comanies who want to recruit staff with specific skills
Hi All, your help needed please. I want to market recruitment services to businesses and am struggling to come up with the right keywords to target for PPC and social ads. The target client that I am trying to reach are large companies (banks, oil and gas, power stations) who use a specific software product (BIRT) which is very niche. I want to get them to find me when they are looking to recruit people with BIRT skills. The problem is that they wont usually go searching for a recruitment company as they will already have about a gazillion of them phoning or emailing in each week, offering general recruitment services. If I just run ads with BIRT and recruitment type keywords, then I end up using all of my clicks on people who are looking for jobs (and I have plenty of those already).
I would really appreciate any suggestions on this.
