How to find facebook groups from specified countrys and citys on facebook?

Hi Dear Warriors,
Is there any way to find facebook groups from specified countrys and citys on facebook? I was only tried "GroupX NameOfCountry..."GroupX NameOfCity" and this method I only know but this method don't give me any positive results.

    If we will take weight loss niche and try do something like this Country you not need because if im from israel if write WEIGHTLOSS GROUP TEL AVIV or WOMEN WEIGHT LOSS ASHDOD tel aviv is in israel same like london in uk, try search like this.

    I just try to type the name, then the location in ""
    for example: Jack "texas" and it works.

    Look finding a specific country group on Facebook is not an easy task. But the precise way to find the group is by using different keywords along with country name for e.g. I have used the country along with these keywords: "Australia Tax plans" so I found this group - Supersmartplans SAVE YOUR TAX! AUSTRALIA.

    So it's the best option to find the groups and also it will give you related group.
