Creating a Google +Post ad?

Hi all

What do you think of the Minimum requirements for the new google page post ads?

Before you create a +Post ad, first make sure you meet the following requirements:

Your Google+ page must have at least 1,000 followers.
Your post should contain content that's relevant to your audience.
You have opted in to shared endorsements for Google+ pages

    That's really hard to get. Do you have a link for the list of requirements?

    How's your G+ gathering to your websites? Can you share any ideas how ideas how to gain traffic using G+ ?

    How do you search people for specific niche? Can you share?

    Example just like Facebook, "People who likes Internet Marketing"

      find them on twitter, facebook and other social media sites then go to there blog and lookif they have google plus then follow and engage that way
