Facebook ads / Analytics don't match?

I recently set up a new website and have been driving traffic through paid ads on Facebook. These ads are highly targetted and i'm seeing good results (sales being made) in that sense.
However - when i look at Facebooks reporting and compare to my analytics the numbers don't match - in fact not only they don't match - they are out by a long shot.

According to FB i've had over 1200 clicks to the website yesterday and today. Prior to that over 500 per day for a few days straight.
When i check FB traffic in analytics however i see only 130 and 227 visits on the day i'm meant to have over 1200 according to FB.
These missing clicks are not bouncing - i know because i'm asking them to do something on the page they visit (click a button) which they do - i know this because i can track that also.
So what's going on??
