How to get my facebook ad to look like this?

Do you guys know how I can make my FB ads have the same format as the one below:

How do you make the ad so you can both:

1) Link to your site
and
2) Include the like button in the top right corner of the ad

What settings would you need to use in the ads manager?

    Couldn't see the image, but based on what you said...

    - Create Post (Published or Unpublished) in The power editor.

    - In The link section, place your link in their.

    - Go to the power editor.

    - Use PPE as objective.

    That should get it done!

    Are you referring to just the newsfeed ad?

    That can be toggled on and off where you select where you ad would like to show up

    Also: Notice what the ad says:

    "9 Most Terrifying Found Footage Movies"

    I dunno what the reason is, but all these # headlines always get clicks

    (sometime to keep in mind when doing ads)

    That's a page post engagement campaign served on news feed. Just create a post on your newsfeed, then create a post engagement campaign to promote the post. Only use the news feed ad and remove the right column ad option.
