Please Facebook Advertising Advice Needed Badly!

Can some kind member please give me some advice.
I run a small non-profit group teaching non-religious Meditation. We use it
to help spread Love, Peace and Happiness.
My market is people who live locally AND are interested in Meditation, Love, Peace and Happiness.
We want to buy advertising on Facebook aimed at people who live locally AND are interested in Meditation. Because we are a non-profit we must keep the cost down. We have a profile page and a business page. The profile page is fairly local but the business one is spread out a bit.
Any and all advice will greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time,
Tommy.

FB Ads is great for small businesses (even non-profits) as you can really get local with your targeting.

There's 2 ways, maybe more, to go about this.

    - Build up your fan page/likes (yes, it's still worth it to build up your fan base) using FB ads.

    - Drive clicks to an external website with a call-to-action to either call, or subscribe (get them on an emailing list).

Personally, I would do both. If budget is low, start with just $5 for each campaign.

Again, 1 campaign to build your fanpage

The 2nd campaign to drive clicks/visitors to an external page to get either calls, or emails.

$10 a day for testing, not a bad way to start.
