Let me know, can I get the verification code on the same address for the two different business Google plus pages as different company but having the same address.

Hi.

I think there are two verification method. Postcard and by Phone.

Yeah you can select Phone verification not the other one. G+ page should allow business in the same address.

What if the same apartment / building with different the business?

Yes, you can set up several accounts with the same verification method. But I think now you have to use a phone, you cant also use other web based text services, Google can spot them and the verification message never comes though.
