How to do Facebook Page Advertising?

After much research and the incredible amount of helpful responses I received on this thread, I have created my Facebook page using Static HTML Tabs. Works great. Highly recommend it. It's an app. Search for it on Facebook itself. They use a gray star as their logo.

Anyway, used their "form app" to add an aweber form. Now it's time to create an ad. So I want users to click on the ad and go to the tab in my page. Which type of ad objective would be appropriate for this? I understand that FB charges more if you go to an external website. But i don't just want Page Likes, I want them to click, and then go to my page with the form.

You can use PPE or Page likes for that. CTW and Webcon are good for taking people outside of FB.

but FB GROUP SNATCHER doesn't work anymore. Have you seen all of the latest threads on id snatching on here? The only one that works is "Connect with Me" which is free. I used it last night to get thousands of ids.

It was a bit of work, weeding out all of the groups with useless id's of group members who are only in that group to market their IM sh!t, so you have to check out the groups manually, and even go into the members' profiles to make sure they are real, they have FB friends, actually post stuff, and are actually interested in your niche and the group they joined.
