Traffic Problem ??

Are there any traffic sources apart from google and social media that could give me 1000 visits/day to my site.

I am just tired of google because my traffic is not constant, today 200 visitors, tomorrow 1000 visitors and another day 50 hits only.

i've optimize the site well, in fact most of the time on the first page.

but it's just google is dancing with my site with the so called "Google Dance"

So i am looking for more alternatives for my site traffic?
