As others have suggested, searching affiliate networks would be a good initial research step if you want to find a niche to create videos for.

Once you've found a niche, you want to determine what the top problems/questions are that people within the niche face, and then you want to help them to solve those problems within your videos.

For example, a lot of people are interested in green living now days, and one of things they want to know more about is how to go off the grid and save money on electricity.

If you wanted to go into the green living niche, you might create some videos offering simple advice for reducing energy costs, as well as some videos that highlight the benefits of alternative energy.

At the end of each video you could include a quick promotion for an affiliate product that shows people how to take advantage of solar power. They'll be more likely to buy as you provided them with quality content related to their problem before going for the sale.

Of course this is just one of many possible examples. All you really need to do is find a large market where people are willing to spend money. Then drill down to a specific niche within that market, and start creating relevant content that helps those in the niche solve their problems.
