Hello all,
My post gets declining in press release websites..so how to write content for press release websites ? i mean without promoting and all other stuffs

    May be there is something in your press release, which is violating the policy of press release submission sites as well the content which you have written it must have good quality. In a press release the content must be new about your site, update or news which attracts visitors to view. After getting all this points still it is not published then contact the admin of the site and ask the reason which gives you exact idea about it.

    Check your spelling and grammar.

    Make sure your piece is newsworthy. The content has to be phrased in such a way that it's delivering new information.

    On the whole, you get what you pay for.

    Dharmik and Ghoster are both right. In addition, press release sites normally want the release submitted in A P Style (or Associated Press style) - try googling "ap style press release format" for information about how to get both the style and content of your press release right.

    Press releases also need to be objective and written as a third party. My guess is that you are writing them like an article as well.

    Review some press release and find the pattern. Review detailed information about how a release is structured. Do these two things and your rejected release will eventually get approved

    1)Target the audience
    2)The language used to describe production processes, for example, might be relevant for specialist engineering titles but not for your local newspaper.
    3)You need to indicate at the top of the release whether it is for immediate release or under embargo and if so, give the relevant date
    4) The job of the title is to grab attention and encourage the journalist to read more
    5)Paragraph would be few as you need to get your points across.AVoid lengthy paragraphs
    6)Signal the end of the press release with the word “Ends” in bold. After “Ends”, write “For further information, please contact” and list your details or those of an appointed person
