Is there any way that when I publish my posts their links get automatically posted on my google+ account.

    You can use a jetpack. After installing the plugin, as part of the window opening from there you can do it for sharing.

      yeah, i suggest against "auto" posting to g+ or fb for that matter. Hootsuite is great for scheduling posts. You'll get much more engagement by making a custom post for g+ that points to your blog post. For example:

      "You won't believe these amazing green tires I just discovered. Checkout my blog post where I show all kinds of photos and talk about uses at greentires.com/blog/whatever...."

      is better than the first few lines you would write in a blog post that would automatically publish to g+:

      "I was coming home from work tonight when I thought I'd turn down a different street this time and what do you know...there was this tire shop that claimed to....."
