I just started my blog Health & Fitness Made SIMPLE | and I want to know the best get some free traffic from social bookmarketing site? Is there a certain technique I need to use? Can I get some sales from reddit, delicious, pinterest, facebook, etc?

I'm giving away free content on fitness, and I also want to charge for my exercise videos along with collecting emails.

      NO! The only way to help your SEO is do your SEO.... Do you even know what SEO is? I am not asking that as a smart ass question... because I think you are getting it confused with SERP which is a search engine results page (SERP) is the listing of results returned by a search engine in response to a keyword query.
      Or your thinking of your ranking in Google!
