    It does not mean that you have been banned from fb. But you might be temporarily blocked for a few days.

    Try refreshing or trying on another computer/web browser.

    Also, if you're promoting a link, use another domain or redirect.

    Sometimes, you can get blocked from sending messages (usually personal messages though) but it's possible you are getting blocked from sending messages to groups too. That would make sense.
